Bus Registration Packet 2012-13
The online 2012-13 Bus Registration form is here!
Please click on the Bus Registration link below to find the form, and review the Transportation Policy with your student. Select your stops, then click on the Submit button at the end to send the Business Office your requests.
After you have submitted the form, please contact the Business Office directly to arrange for payment.
Payment may be made in full at the beginning of the school year or on a monthly basis through the FACTS system. Please contact the Business Office at 831-722-8178 x112 for payment information and bus stop changes.
Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received; reservations are made in the order that payment is received.

Bus Permit Request: if your student needs to get off at a different stop than usual, please print and sign this form, which your student must take to the Business Office to pick up a pass before boarding the bus.
