Business Office
The MVCS Business Office is open throughout the year to provide parents and students with a variety of services. Office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Payment Options
FACTS Tuition Management
MVCS partners with FACTS Tuition Management for all tuition or transportation charges paid under the monthly installment plan. FACTS is a tuition management service that simplifies the payment process through their automatic payment system. Parents can choose to have their monthly installment payments applied to the credit card of their choice, or withdrawn from their checking or savings account. Payments occur automatically on the 5th of each month.

Check Policy
Checks are accepted for the payment of annual tuition or transportation, class fees, athletic team fees, student lunch accounts, event tickets, or test and prep class registration. In the event of a returned check, a $25 fee will be assessed. A replacement payment must be made in cash or cashier's check within 5 business days. After a second returned check, all future payments must be made in cash or by cashier's check.
Credit Cards
The Business Office accepts Visa or Mastercard. Please contact the business office directly for credit card transactions by phone, or complete the Credit Card Authorization form and submit by mail or fax. Due to privacy issues, credit card information is no longer retained by the business office.
Wire Transfers
The Business Office accepts both domestic and international wire transfers. All wire transfers must include a $35 wire transfer fee and reference the student's name. For more information, please email erickagutierrez@mvcs.org, or call 831-722-8178 x113.
Services
Student Lunch Accounts
Students may purchase food in the cafeteria using their Cafe Prepay student lunch account. The lunch system utilizes a biometric reader to identify the students and allow them access to funds placed on their account. Funds may be placed on a student lunch account through the business office by cash, check, or credit card with no surcharge. Parents can access lunch account information through Cafe Prepay, in addition to replenishing funds online using either a credit card or automatic debit from their checking or savings account. While transaction history and account information can be viewed through Cafe Prepay at no charge, there is a surcharge for replenishing funds through their website. Event Ticket Sales
The Business Office sells tickets to a variety of performing arts concerts and events. Tickets may also be purchased to ASB events, including Winter Ball and the Junior/Senior Prom. Tickets can be purchased by cash, check or credit card.
